Welcome to Confe.io (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Confe.io software, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By accessing and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
1.2. License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Confe.io grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business use. This license does not permit you to resell, distribute, sublicense, or modify the Service.
1.3. Account Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
1.4. Social Login Registration: If you register through social logins, you agree to comply with the respective terms of those platforms. For example, the YouTube Terms of Service can be found at: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. You grant Confe.io the necessary permissions to access relevant data as per the integration.
1.5. Trial Period: We offer a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. At the end of the trial, continued access to the Service will require a paid subscription.
2. User Content
2.1. Content Submission: You may submit, upload, or post content while using the Service. By doing so, you grant Confe.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works based on your content in connection with the operation of the Service.
2.2. Content Guidelines: You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Confe.io reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
Interfere with the functionality or performance of the Service;
Gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or the Service;
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service;
Transmit any harmful code (e.g., viruses, worms);
Harass, abuse, or threaten others through the Service;
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by Confe Systems Private Limited, a company registered in Bangalore, India, and trademarked in India and the United States, with pending registrations in Canada or the USA. These Terms do not grant any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials.
4.2. Feedback: By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use it freely without any obligation to compensate you.
5. Third-Party Links and Content
The Service may contain third-party content or links. Confe.io is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third parties are strictly between you and them.
6. Modifications
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.
7. Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
7.1. Billing and Payment Processor:
All payments for subscriptions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our transactions, meaning they handle invoicing, payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance. When purchasing a subscription, you may be redirected to Paddle’s checkout process.

7.2. Subscription Billing: After the free trial, charges will apply based on your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
7.3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that cycle.
7.4. No Refund Policy: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including partial usage, early cancellation, or unused time on your account.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Content Guidelines
You must comply with the community standards and content policies of each connected social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) when posting content through Confe.io. Any violation may result in restricted access or suspension of your account on those platforms or on Confe.io.
10. Third-Party Dependency
Confe.io relies on third-party APIs provided by social media platforms to function. Any changes, restrictions, or downtime from these providers (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) may impact the availability or functionality of Confe.io’s services. We are not liable for interruptions or disruptions caused by such third-party changes or outages.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confe.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Confe.io, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or legal cost arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka. Any dispute arising from or related to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Confe.io regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
